π¬️ Breeze of Healing
You Still Have to Open the Window
When the Breeze of Healing Is Met with Closed Doors
There’s a group of people we all know — some of us once were them.
They say they want healing.
They say life is hard.
They blame — their parents, the world, their fate.
And when offered help — a breath practice, a journaling routine, a 15-minute sit in silence — they wave it off like it’s beneath them.
Because they’ve watched too many videos.
They say,
- “Healing is not that simple.”
- “Meditation is not just closing your eyes.”
- “Spirituality is not breathing in and out.”
- “It’s a breeze that comes to you.”
And sure, they’re right — to a point.
Spirituality isn’t a fixed formula.
For some, it’s yoga.
For others, it’s travel.
Writing. Cooking. Reading. Working. Parenting. Praying. Dancing. Crying.
We all walk different paths home.
But here’s the quiet truth: Even a breeze can’t enter a locked room.
You still have to open the window.
πHealing begins with initiation, not information
Most people don’t lack knowledge.
They lack action.
They’ve read the books. Seen the reels.
Heard the lectures. Quoted the gurus.
But they’ve never once sat with themselves — without noise, without defense.
Because silence is terrifying
when you’ve made a home inside blame.
When pain becomes your identity, the idea of peace feels like betrayal.
But you cannot invite change, while clinging to comfort zones lined with excuses.
πͺYour version of healing is yours — but you must show up for it
Yes, your healing may not look like mine.
You may not sit cross-legged at dawn.
You may not chant mantras or follow any guru.
You may dance it out. Cry it out. Walk it out.
That’s all okay.
But you still need to do something.
To work for your own clarity.
To create even the smallest crack in the walls around your soul.
No electricity flows through a switch that’s turned off.
No rain enters a house with a sealed roof.
And no breeze touches a heart that refuses to open.
πΏReflection
Healing is not handed to you.
It meets you mid-way.
And mid-way only exists when you take that first step — however small, however shaky.
So yes, your spiritual path is your own.
But don’t use that truth as an excuse to avoid the journey.
Don’t get stuck in consuming inspiration,
when what your soul craves is simple action.
Breathe. Sit. Walk. Write.
Do something.
Open the window.
Let the breeze find you.
